Nikki Budzinski, a Democratic primary contender to run in the newly drawn 13th Congressional District, is taking heat from her challengers for parachuting in from out of town to try and claim a seat in Congress. Her critics amped up those claims when they learned her voter registration had been suspended after the Postal Service returned an election I.D. card to the county clerk's office as "undeliverable," raising questions about where she was really living.
