Area quilt makers are encouraged to gather up their completed quilts, wall hangings, wool applique and apparel for the annual Sew

Happy Hearts Quilt Show which will be held June 23 – 24 at the former Neoga Elementary School location at 641 W. Sixth St., in


Sew Happy Heart’s members have raffle tickets for has been titled “Seasonal Medley” which consists of a reversible whole cloth queen

size comforter and 5 bed toppers—one for each of the seasons and one for all seasons. Tickets are 3 for $5 and 8 for $10. Proceeds

from the raffle and show help club members with donations to various charitable organizations.

Sew Happy Hearts Quilt Guild will be hosting their annual Quilt Show at the Neoga Early Childhood Center (former Neoga

Elementary School), 641 W 6th St in Neoga. The show hours are 10 – 4 on Friday June 23 and 10 – 2 on Saturday June 24. The

drawing for the raffle collection will be at 2 pm on Saturday.

SHH encourages any area quilter to enter a quilt by bringing their quilt(s) to the center Wednesday evening June 21 from 5-7 or

Thursday morning June 22 from 9–12. There is no fee for entering a quilt. Quilt show viewers will vote on their choice for a “Viewers

Choice.” Admission to the show is $3.

Proceeds from the quilt show help with the club’s charitable giving works. The Sew Happy Hearts Quilt Guild has donated quilted

and sewn items to various organizations including Heartland Christian Village, veterans groups, homeless shelters, area

children’s home and school settings.
