We’re gaining some confidence in the kitchen this morning with cooking coach Adam Wisnewski. He shows us how to make summer Thai rolls in Thursday’s segment.

Thai Summer Rolls

These rolls are simple to make with a fresh, light delicious flavor. Best of all, everyone gets to make their own.

* Summer roll rice wrappers

Possible Filling Ingredients

* Tiny shrimp, crab meat, chicken, tofu, OR fish

* Red peppers, in strips

* Snow Peas

* Bean Sprouts

* Shredded Carrots

* Shredded Cabbage

* Peanuts
* Seaweed

* Pickled Daikon

* Pickled Ginger

* Jicama

* Sesame seeds

* Lime Wedges

* Cilantro or parsley

* Green Onions

Instructions
* Prepare all filling ingredients

* Make sauces

* Dip rice paper wraps in warm water five seconds, will still feel a little stiff

* Wrap shrimp and other ingredients in rice paper rounds and eat

Sauces:

Yum Yum – Mayo and hot sauce, splash of lime

Korean BBQ – Teriyaki sauce, BBQ sauce, Hot sauce

Cilantro Chili Oil – Cilantro, Olive Oil, Chili Flakes, Lime

Thai Peanut – Peanut Butter, Rice Wine Vinegar, Hot sauce

Mango Chili – Mango jam, Hot sauce
