Kitchen Confidence: Homemade Vinaigrette

Cooking coach Adam Wisnewski joins the Morning Show for this week’s Kitchen Confidence and is making a summer salad topping with your own homemade vinaigrette.

Ingredients:

3 part oil

1 part vinegar or citrus juice

Pinch of salt

Grind of black pepper

Instructions:

Combine ingredients and then whisk, shake or blend as needed.  Then start trying your favorite spices and herbs, alliums (onions/garlic) mustards, honey, syrups,grated cheese, fruit, etc.
