Nikki Mercer, Girls on the Run Program Director at the Stephens Family YMCA, joins the Morning Show to discuss their upcoming holiday fundraisers.
The Stephens Family YMCA puts Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. We serve individuals of all ages and physical abilities and we strive to be a ray of hope in our community that inspires people to be better.
One of our areas of focus is youth development. Kids learn so much through sports and activities, such as skills and positive attitudes they’ll carry with them throughout their lives. Enriching their personal development is the goal of the YMCA’s programs and classes. We offer a variety of sports and activities that combine the YMCA’s philosophy of fair play, teamwork, and inclusiveness with skill development.
