Makes 3 Servings

1 slice angel food cake, about 1” thick

12 fresh strawberries, hulled and cut into chunks

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

¼ cup part-skim ricotta or plain yogurt

1 tbsp powdered sugar

½ lemon, juiced

Mix ricotta, sugar, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Place a few chunks of angel food cake in the bottom of 3 small single serving clear dessert dishes. Divide strawberries, ricotta mixture, and blueberries into the dishes in layers. Refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 2 days. Serve cold.
