TOLONO — Unity football seems to be made for November. The Rockets will appear in their sixth quarterfinal game in the last eight years when they travel to North Mac Saturday at 2 p.m. After losing two regular season games, the 10th-seeded Rockets are peaking at the right time, winners of seven straight games.
“Coach always reiterates, even though we may have some losses, it’s always about how we’re playing at the end of the year,” Rockets senior receiver Bobby Barnard said.
“You know we’ve kind of found our identity,” Unity head coach Scott Hamilton said. “I think the main thing is, hopefully we’ll just keep getting better and hopefully that will keep happening.”
