SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (NEXSTAR) — Governor J.B. Pritzker is set to give his 2023 budget address Wednesday at noon from the state capitol.
The governor will announce a new program to eventually offer preschool to all young Illinoisans, expanding MAP grant funding to make community college more affordable, and provide more investments in public safety and violence prevention.
