DANVILLE, Ill. (WCIA) — Firefighters were called out to Nicklas Street Wednesday night after a vacant house caught fire. It happened near Williams Street around 11:30.
Firefighters were told homeless people sometimes stay at the vacant house, but they didn’t find anyone there when they checked.
No one was hurt in the fire, and no word on what started it.
