TUSCOLA, Ill. (WCIA) — Police need help finding a woman they say stole a student’s bike from the high school.
It happened Wednesday around 3:30. The department posted photos that were taken from surveillance cameras to their Facebook page. Police say the bike is a dark blue Schwinn Mountain Bike.
