MATTOON — An area man faces charges of criminal trespass and possession of methamphetamine.
34-year old Jeffrey Mingus, was arrested about 1:15 pm, Saturday, at the Sunrise Apartments; where he’d previously been banned.
Authorities say they found drugs on him during the arrest.
