CHARLESTON, Ill. (WCIA) — A man is facing charges after police said they found cocaine on him. 48-year-old Cornell Johnson was picked up for possession of a controlled substance.
Police said they pulled him over on a traffic stop. A K-9 found 1.3 grams of suspected cocaine and a small amount of marijuana.
