MATTOON, Ill. (WCIA) — A local woman was arrested for an active Coles County warrant.
29-year old Rachel Creed was arrested about 9:15 am, Monday, in the 2500-block of Buxton Drive.
The warrant was issued for a pretrial violation on a 2018 charge of concealing/aiding a fugitive, after Creed reportedly violated terms of her pretrial agreement.
