URBANA, Ill. (WCIA) — Walmart was evacuated Sunday after a teen, caught shoplifting earlier in the week, emailed the corporate office with a threat.
Police say the threat was not credible, and was miscommunicated as a bomb threat.
Still, the company sent people home to be safe. Authorities say no one was ever in danger.
