CHAMPAIGN/DOUGLAS COUNTIES, Ill. (WCIA) — The school year is winding down, and summer meal programs are starting up. Champaign School District is providing free breakfast and lunch for kids 18 and under.

The Douglas County Health Department is offering a fun and meals program in both Tuscola and Arcola. It consists of Free Breakfast 9-930; Fun Activity 930-1030; Free Lunch 1030-11am
