CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) — Authorities are investigating a shooting. It happened about 10:20 pm, in the 900-block of North Third Street, Tuesday, May 16.
No one was hurt, but two homes and numerous vehicles sustained damage from gunshots. When the shots were fired, a large group of people fled the scene, running southwest through the park.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers. Tipsters are always 100% completely anonymous.
All tips submitted to Crime Stoppers are electronically stripped of any personally identifying information and processed by a third-party answering service, not law enforcement.
