Shooting investigation underway

DECATUR, Ill. (WCIA) — Decatur police say they plan to make arrests after finding five guns during a shooting investigation.
 
It happened at 900 West View Street Friday afternoon. Police found one man at the scene with injuries that were not life-threatening. A few minutes later, police say they found out about a second man who was at the hospital with gunshot wounds. He’s also going to be okay. 
    
Police said they searched two homes and found five different guns along with ammunition. They couldn’t say how many arrests they expect to make.

DECATUR, Ill. (WCIA) — Police are investigating a shooting.

The Decatur Police Department’s Investigation Bureau confirmed an investigation is underway near N. Van Dyke Street and W. View Street. The officer said he could not go into further detail at this time.
