SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WCIA) — Public health officials say a person is dead after experiencing severe bleeding because they used synthetic marijuana.
It’s also called Spice, K2 and fake weed.
The man-made drug has chemicals that are sprayed on dried plant material.
It can be smoked or sold as liquids to be vaporized in e-cigarettes and other devices.
Anyone who has a reaction to the drugs should call 911 or be taken the hospital immediately.
