Real estate tax bills mailing soon

Local News

CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — If you’re still waiting for your real estate tax bill, the county said you should get them by the end of the month.

The Champaign County Treasurer said they should go out May 28. They were originally moved to May 20 because of a delay at the Illinois Department of Revenue.

You have thirty days after you get the bill to pay the first installment, which could be June 28.
