MATTOON, Ill. (WCIA) — Two women from Indiana face charges of forgery and unlawful use of a weapon.

Authorities arrested 24-year old Cherith Hadnott, of Indianapolis, and 21-year old Madison Bullmann-Hammond, of Carmel.

Hadnott and another woman, Aniya Harris, were arrested for felony possession of counterfeit currency as well as possession of marijuana and theft in August 2018.

At that time, authorities recovered 11 counterfeit $100 bills, $1,425 US currency, a counterfeit detector pen and marijuana.
