MACON COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — Some area shoppers helped the Humane Society of Decatur and Macon County care for dozens of pets. It’s having a semi-annual rummage sale.
It uses the money to help care for the animals with everything from medical expenses to food and facility upkeep.
The shelter manager says community support is what helps the center stay open. Saturday is the last day of the sale.
