ARTHUR, Ill. (WCIA) — An Our Town BBQ joint is cooking up all sorts of smoked meat creations.
Pauly’s BBQ has several smokers on the back lot and serve everything from brisket to mac ‘n cheese.
Paul Kuhns started smoking meat in his free time as a hobby, then decided to open a restaurant with his family.
Kuhns says there are a few go-to items on the menu: one is the hog trough, the other is the piggy mac.
They also have an assortment of desserts to choose from.
