SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WCIA) — The city is looking to bring in some new recruits to the police force.
Springfield has announced recruitment is open for police and lateral patrol officers.
The deadline to apply is Wednesday, June 6th.
The city is also offering information sessions over the next couple weeks for those interested.
