UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS (WCIA) — As UI students head back to school, more than 40 will move into an old sorority house which has been completely renovated.

After seven months, the Chateau Normand team renovated the old Zeta sorority house, on Lincoln and Vermont.

The building hasn’t been occupied for a few years. Now it will be home to students and instructors.

Friday, it was open to the public for the first time. It houses 43 people, some of whom have already started moving in. It will be full next week.
