CHRISTIAN COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — A naked man who broke into the Christian County Courthouse in September pleaded guilty this week.
Brandon Emery agreed to a plea deal. In exchange, the State’s Attorney’s Office dropped the criminal damage to property charge. Courthouse employees found the doors had been forced open and the metal detector knocked over after the break-in. Emery will be sentenced in August.
