MARION COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — The Marion County State’s Attorney issued seven arrest warrants Tuesday after the South Eastern Illinois Drug Task Force (SEIDTF) conducted multiple investigations.
Wednesday, six of seven subjects were taken into custody. Names are not being released due to the ongoing investigation.
Charges include delivery of methamphetamine and delivery of controlled substances.
SEIDTF includes law enforcement officials from the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office, the Flora Police Department, Illinois State Police, the Salem Police Department and the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
