DECATUR — A manager at IHOP was arrested for firing a gun at customers in the parking lot. It happened about 6:50 am, Sunday.
A group of people was asked to leave after they made a mess in the restaurant.
Shortly afterwards, manager Jason White allegedly fired a single shot in their direction.
No one was hurt. White could face multiple gun charges.
