VERMILION COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — A plea agreement with the state means a man will serve a decade in prison for residential burglary, a class 1 felony.
In January, Dwayne Hatcher pleaded guilty.
The plea he entered into with the state provided for a penalty range of 4 – 10 years.
After a hearing from both sides, Judge Fahey sentenced Hatcher to 10-years.
