VERMILION COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — A man will spend 20-years in prison after being convicted on drug crimes.

Cloanger Robinson was convicted in January for possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver.

Robinson was arrested in April 2017, when police served a search warrant at his home in the 100-block of Cronkhite.

Authorities say he ran away from the home, but was caught a block later.

Based on Robinson’s criminal history, he faced up to 30-years in prison.
