DECATUR, IL (WCIA)– The Macon County Mental Health Board and Woodford Homes are planning to build a new housing complex. They submitted their proposal for approval to Decatur’s City Council.
The property would have 20 one bedroom apartments and areas for group activities. It’ll be used by people with mental health or developmental disabilities.
