Lawmakers consider language for tax reform bill

NATIONAL (WCIA) — Republicans are planning to unveil the language of the tax reform bill hashed out between the House and Senate.

The bill is supposed to go up for a vote in both chambers next week. The Tax Policy Center estimates the bill could cut taxes for a third of taxpayers in 2019.

Congressman Rodney Davis (R) says he supports the plan, especially to help bring big business to the state.

Senator Marco Rubio (R) was not in favor the bill at first, but is now expected to vote for it.
