CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) — Just in time for the summer travel season,It looks like gas prices may be on the way down.
That’s according to gasbuddy. com, they predict that relief may be just a couple weeks away as lower prices should be here by Memorial Day.
The national average has risen 67 cents since New Year’s Day,
It’s the second largest rise in the last decade.
Gas buddy says most states will see average gas prices begin to drop lower in the next few weeks, continuing into June as supplies of summer gasoline build.
