LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — A former Pontiac school superintendent faces criminal charges in South Carolina.

Kevin Lipke was charged in November with criminal sexual conduct with a minor during multiple incidents at his home.

Lipke resigned as superintendent at Pontiac in 2014 after two years in the position.

Lipke had his Illinois’ teaching licensee suspended in 2015 amid allegations of improper contact with children.
