Families take advantage of flu drive thru

Local News

URBANA, Ill. (WCIA) — Carle held its flu shot drive thru to make the process easier for families.

This was the first time they hosted the drive thru at the North Annex.

Part of the drive is to help families conveniently get the vaccine while running errands.

“It’s very convenient to be able to bring my four children. My wife and I for a total of six for a flu shot. Here we are in our mini van able to get it done quickly and be on our way,” says Brian Anderson of Urbana.

The drive thru will continue next weekend.
