SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WCIA) — A woman faces criminal charges for endangering the health and life of a child at a day care center.
Police say 52 year old Regina Spencer was drunk on the job. A witness called 9-1-1 when they saw her stumble and fall over while holding a child. Officers found liquor bottles at the scene.
Spencer is scheduled to appear in court in March.
