County board votes to reopen

SHELBY COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — County board members voted to allow businesses to reopen and decide whether to require people to wear masks. Some board members say they hoped the board would have made that decision making it mandatory. Board members also discussed separating from Chicago and voted to put the question on November’s ballot.
