DECATUR, Ill. (WCIA)– There was a program centered around the principles of Kwanzaa. It happened at the Decatur Public Library. The African American Culture and Genealogy Society Museum helped organize.
Kwanzaa starts after Christmas. The planner says this celebration is for the entire community.
