UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS (WCIA) — Linda McMahon, head of the United States Small Business Administration, got a tour at EnterpriseWorks.
This is part of a national tour aimed to highlight programs the sba offers to help small business.
While there, she met with several entrepreneurs who explained their ideas, business models and development processes. McMahon said she was amazed by the resources, entrepreneurs and environment at EnterpriseWorks.
“The collision aspect, if you will, of businesses that do run into each other and talk about different resources that are available and guide them as well. So, if you can get into an environment like this, this is incredibly helpful to grow small businesses,” said McMahon.
She also described EnterpriseWorks as one of the top three incubators in the country.
