Bond revision allows meeting w/minors

VERMILION COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — The Beef House Restaurant has let go teenage employees, and is keeping the man accused of abusing a teenager

Police say 41-year old David Woodrow fondled a teenager in 2011. The state’s attorney says more victims have come forward.

The judge ruled Woodrow is now allowed to be around minors if he’s performing his duties as assistant manager. It has to be at the Beef House, during open hours and supervised.

People aren’t happy about the ruling. The state’s attorney says Woodrow met his then 15-year old victim in 2010. They knew one another through a theater and opera company.

Authorities say he became so close to the teen’s parents, they let him pull the victim out of school sometimes. That’s when the state’s attorney says Woodrow abused the teen.

The Beef House implied Woodrow will not be returning and it was also stated teenagers will not be allowed to work there this summer.
