CHICAGO, Ill. (WCIA) — The man suspected of setting fire to a Charleston bar is under arrest.
Police, in Chicago, took Brian Griffin into custody Wednesday afternoon. Authorities say he was a passenger in a car when he was found.
Griffin is accused of setting Mother’s Bar on fire, in February. Officials say he’s being held in Chicago for the time being on local charges.
He’ll be brought back to Coles County soon. He’ll face charges of aggravated arson and battery when he returns.
