CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — Four Ford County men will go before a federal judge in Urbana and three will then face charges in another state.
Michael Hari, Joe Morris, Michael McWhorter and Ellis Mack have all been charged with possession of a machine gun. They were arrested in Clarence last month.
The three older men are also charged in the bombing of a Minnesota mosque. Lawyers asked the three men be brought to Minnesota after their cases are resolved locally.
The trial starts June 5. If convicted, they each face up to ten years in prison and a maximum $250,000 fine.
