$27,000 in meth seized; 2 arrests

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WCIA) — Two men face drug charges after an investigation into the sale of illegal narcotics.

Wednesday, members of BPD’s vice and street crimes units conducted a traffic stop near the 300-block of West Washington Street, in Carlock.

41-year old Jeremy Cagle, of Marquette Heights, was arrested for delivery of methamphetamine 100 – 400 grams, delivery of methamphetamine 15 – 100 grams and manufacture/delivery of other amount of narcotic schedule III.

25-year old Charles Guilliams, of Bloomington, was  arrested for possession of methamphetamine less than 5 grams.

Authorities seized 309 grams of methamphetamine was with a street value of $27,000, 36 dextroamphetamine pills without prescription and evidence of drug distribution.
