2-state fugitive found during interstate arrest
KANKAKEE COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) -- A Chicago man, arrested on I-57, was wanted for crimes in two states. The arrest happened Wednesday, near Kankakee.
24-year old Charlie Booker was pulled over for speeding. Officials say he was driving a stolen car.
They then discovered Booker was wanted in connection to a rape and stabbing in Chicago, as well as a rape, shooting and car theft in Memphis, Tennessee.
