COLES COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — The Coles County Health Department reported the death of an additional resident with COVID-19.
Additionally, health officials reported 52 new COVID-19 cases. As of Thursday, there was a total of 2,439 COVID-19 cases in Coles County, including 47 deaths. Of those total cases, 1,977 residents recovered. There are currently 20 residents hospitalized with the virus and 395 recovering.
