Drivers could get back suspended licenses

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WCIA) — If you have had your license suspended for a non-moving violation, you could be getting it back.

There is a bill on the Governor’s desk that would remove language in the state’s vehicle code that lets a driver’s license be suspended if the driver did not pay a fine for more than 10 non-moving violations. People with outstanding fees would still have to pay their fines.
