Demonstrators in Georgetown show up for peaceful protest

GEORGETOWN, Ill. (WCIA) — A peaceful protest in Georgetown this morning saw more than 60 people turn out to demonstrate support for racial justice.

Tabatha Jo Brady-Avalos said more than 60 people turned out for the demonstration; she said passersby were supportive of the movement. Other supporters included teachers and local police.
