SAVOY, Ill. (WCIA)– Willard Airport could get much busier next year. It will have a new US Customs and Border Protection General Aviation Facility. It’s for business and corporate flights. International flyers will be able to land at the airport without having to go through customs at another airport. Employees are hoping this will help them better serve customers.
Flightstar is paying for the facility. They’re hoping to have it open by late this year or early next year.
