ILLINOIS (WCIA) — Hundreds of people rallied all over the Capitol to make their voices heard. It was called the March to Springfield.

It got physical once people got into the House chambers. Police dragged out several dozen protestors. No arrests were made nor charges filed.

It was estimated close to 500 people showed up to protest the lack of a state budget. Activists also zip-tied themselves together in front of Governor Bruce Rauner’s office.
