SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (NEXSTAR) — Fiscal experts are saying Illinois is on the right track with its latest budget.
Ralph Martire with the Center for Tax and Budget Accountability says the state is being responsible with its spending plan, especially the strong investments in education.
