CENTRAL ILLINOIS (WCIA) — Public health officials in Macon County say another person has died from COVID-19. It’s the 22nd person who’s died. The victim was a man in his 80’s. One new case has been confirmed. It brings the total number of cases to 202.
As of Friday, more than 1,350 people have been tested in DeWitt and Piatt counties. 1,337 showed no detection of the virus. Two results were pending in DeWitt with 4 recovered. Meanwhile, Piatt had 10 recovered cases.
